Primary Goal

Build a web application with one thousand paying subscribers by the end of the year.

Secondary Goals

  • Produce more information output
    • Start blogging (average one per week)
    • Take & upload more photos (average one per day)
    • Complete more projects (one medium-sized project per month)
  • Let the people who are close to me know that I appreciate them more regularly (especially writing thank-you notes when appropriate)
  • Be cash-flow positive for the year
  • Have all inboxes empty at least once every 24 hours

Primary Skill to Cultivate

Cultivate willpower and focus to:

  • delay gratification (e.g. avoid overindulging with foods),
  • choose appropriate tasks to do, and
  • overcome resistance to doing them.
